this hotel was almost decent, but, oh no, I was treated like every other guest. The room I received was dirty, with stains everywhere—so charming, right? And when I asked for a late check-out, the rude staff acted as if I was asking to be crowned queen. I just couldn’t with this place.

The walls in the room require a thorough cleaning!!! Cleaning staff needs to address the torn bedding and broken furniture!!! A complete overhaul of the decor and maintenance throughout the property could turn things around!!!

The fridge and microwave in the room were useful for my stay. The sheets felt clean and the towels were replaced fresh. Wi-Fi worked well, allowing me to stay connected without issues. The King Room I had served its purpose as a resting spot during my travels.

The overall maintenance of the property could definitely be improved.

Had a great stay with friends! Our trip included skiing and checking out the Santa Fe Opera, which was awesome. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the fridge and microwave were super helpful. Breakfast options were pretty basic, but it didn’t bother us much. Overall, it was a good spot for our group vacation.

We did deal with some noise from other guests in the parking lot late at night, which was a bit distracting. I wish they had been quieter.
